Results of the research of level of professional stress and coping-strategy at the staff of trading companies of different categories, in particular administrative link and sales agents are presented in article. Interest to the problem is caused by specific stressful working conditions
of sales staff that can influence adversely on their professional health, lead to decrease in efficiency of activity, and therefore, low ratings of economic efficiency of activity of the company in general. In work is used the psychodiagnostic method including the techniques
adapted by the Russian scientists. Results showed that the level of organizational stress at representatives of administrative personnel is much higher, than at trade personnel, that is possible to connect with high personal responsibility for results of professional activity of the whole group of workers. At the same time they use mainly inefficient strategies of coping behavior that allows to say of them, as or the group of risk, requiring active psychological tracking in the form of educational training work. Trade workers to a lesser extent have an organizational stress, use mainly effective coping, but evaluating stress factors do not see communication between personal achievements and the amount of the salary that can also be a target of work with personnel. Thus, results have mainly practical value for the management of this company, but can be also considered as traditional for the trading companies in general.
